1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using the gogospin platform (accessible at gogospin.lat), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and gogospin ("the Company", "we", "us", or "our").

2. Eligibility & Registration

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. gogospin reserves the right to request supporting documentation — including but not limited to a national identity card (MyKad), passport, or proof of address — to verify your identity at any stage of the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or termination.

3. Account Management

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account only on the gogospin platform. Opening or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, payment method, device, or IP address — constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions. gogospin reserves the right to merge or close duplicate accounts and to withhold any associated balances or winnings pending investigation.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password at all times.
• All activity conducted through your account, whether or not carried out with your knowledge or consent.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the gogospin platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). We support a range of local Malaysian payment methods for your convenience, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, and Hong Leong Bank.

Deposits:

• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly or within a few minutes, subject to the processing times of your chosen payment provider.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and are displayed at the time of deposit. These limits may vary by payment method.
• gogospin does not accept deposits from third parties. All funds deposited must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to identity verification completion and any applicable bonus wagering requirements being met.
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible, in line with anti-money laundering obligations.
• gogospin reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity is detected.
• Transaction fees, if any, will be clearly communicated prior to the completion of a withdrawal request.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

gogospin offers various promotional bonuses to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of each individual promotion, in addition to the following general conditions:

• Bonuses are intended for recreational use only and may not be used as a substitute for real-money deposits in any strategic sense designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
• Wagering requirements (also referred to as rollover requirements) must be fulfilled before any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly on each promotion page.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless the wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
• gogospin reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time, with reasonable notice given where practicable.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or systematic exploitation of promotional terms — will result in forfeiture of all related bonuses and may lead to permanent account closure.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

gogospin offers a range of betting and gaming products including sportsbook, live dealer casino games, slots, arcade games, and cricket betting. The following general rules apply across all products:

• All bets placed are final once confirmed. gogospin does not accept requests to cancel or void bets after confirmation, except where an obvious technical error has occurred on the platform's part.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or system error during gameplay or bet settlement, gogospin reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant accounts.

• Coverage of events such as the Malaysia Super League, English Premier League (EPL), UFC, and other international sporting fixtures is subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gogospin platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider trading on sporting outcomes, or any form of collusion with other players.
• Attempting to manipulate game software, Random Number Generators (RNGs), or any platform infrastructure.
